69mainstreet Store 1894 Gorham Victorian Sterling Silver Repousse Teapot Description: Presenting this 19th century sterling silver breakfast teapot with elaborate castings- repousse swags, leaf and scroll work, shell form finial and cover. Approx. 5-3/4" tall to finial, 10.2 troy ounces. Hallmarked on bottom for Gorham silversmiths, including a date mark for year 1894, also a number "4484" (see photos). Monogram on one side- fancy unobtrusive ribbon like style "EGH"???. Condition very nice good polish, a couple VERY faint pin sized body dings, nothing else, no repairs, all original fine ESTATE condition. Shipping: International bidders are welcome.
