The condition is amazing…no imperfections other than the satin being a bit dirty from normal aging/being around so long…there is another insert piece but does not have the satin on it, just paper….it also has a key but the key does not turn the mechanism so I don’t think it was its original key but it looks nice with it. The condition is just amazing…I purchased it at one of our local auctions here in Maine, I think they polished it as I smell a bit of polish but nothing you’ll care about! I PROMISE YOU’RE GOING TO BE VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH IT…WOULD MAKE A BEAUTIFUL GIFT.
